My home will be in pre-foreclosure by the end of May. How long it take for the process of foreclosure to end?
I’m planning to stay in the house untill the end and save as much money as I can. I filed for BK chapter 7 and I had been discharge in march 2008. I was trying to get a loan modification with my lender but they don’t want to. As of today I am 2 month behing.
I live in Kissimmee Fl Osceola County
All depends what state and county you are in. Here in South Florida (DADE, BROWARD and PALM BEACH COUNTIES) there is such a long wait for the courts to have a foreclosure that it takes almost a year before someone is evicted. That’s nearly 12 months if not more of living RENT/MORTGAGE FREE.
