Looking for Bank Owned or Foreclosure Income Properties (4+ Units).. Help!?
I am looking for a good deal on an apartment complex as an investment. I know there are foreclosure sites out there, but I can not find any sites to find commercial or multi-unit foreclosures and bank owned properties (REO). Can anyone help lead me in the right direction? Thank you so much everyone!
www.LOOPNET.com and www.COSTAR.com are the 2 biggest commercial/industrial websites (i don’t work for either of them). Loopnet is free for the basic service. Costar charges altho they have an introductory special where you can use it for a day for free.
Otherwise, ask a friendly local realty agent to email new repo properties. That way you will have them the same day the agents receive them .Offer to take her to lunch for helping you.
All foreclosures must be posted at your County Recorders Office. If they are online you can have them all. If not, go into the office and they will show you how to use the computer at the front desk. That way you get them before anyone else does..
